How can I order samples of your wallpapers and fabrics?
We highly recommend ordering samples to see the true color and texture of our prints. You can order A4 wallpaper samples and small fabric swatches directly from each product page. These are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days.
What is the lead time for made-to-order furniture and curtains?
To ensure the highest quality craftsmanship, our made-to-order furniture and bespoke curtains typically have a lead time of 8 to 12 weeks. Once your piece is ready, our specialist white-glove delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient time.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our collections globally. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
What is your return policy for home accessories?
We offer a 28-day return window for most home accessories, provided they are in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that bespoke items, cut-to-measure fabrics, and opened wallpaper rolls are non-returnable.

Sustainability is at the heart of House of Hackney. We prioritize FSC-certified papers, organic fabrics, and local British manufacturing whenever possible to minimize our environmental footprint while supporting traditional craftsmanship.
How do I calculate how much wallpaper I need?
We provide a wallpaper calculator on every product page. Simply enter your wall dimensions, and it will estimate the number of rolls required, accounting for pattern repeats. We always recommend adding one extra roll for insurance.
